FAQs
What is Private Home Healthcare?
Personal home healthcare is a service that is designed specifically for your family members. With this service you will have the confidence of knowing that the companion or nurse that is assigned to your family member is tailored to his/her specific needs, offering dedicated attention and care. Receiving care at home allows the family member to stay in a familiar environment. This setting can be comforting and enhance emotional well-being. This is especially true for those experiencing dementia or memory loss. It also allows the family members to remain actively involved in the care process, providing reassurance and better oversight of a loved one’s well-being.
Do you provide an assessment prior to services?
Our RN (Registered Nurse) will come to the house and perform an evaluation on the patient and assess any care that the patient may need. At that time the RN will make a care plan for the patient that will be beneficial for the he/she and the family member. The RN will also perform 30/60/90-day evaluations to make sure that the care plan is being maintained.
